1. Use of Website

This website is owned and operated by Thrill Karo. By accessing and using this website, you agree not to misuse its content, copy information, or interfere with its functioning.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
Full payment must be made before the trip starts.
Payment can be made securely through UPI, net banking, or our official payment gateway.
After successful booking, a confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change, and if you need to cancel your booking with Thrill Karo, we aim to make the process as easy as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation made 30 to 10 days before the trip:
  You will receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid.

• Cancellation made within 10 days of the trip:
  No refund will be issued, as most trip arrangements have already been finalized.

To initiate the cancellation process, please email us at operations@thrillkaro.com.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed and sent to you 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.

In the case of natural disasters, weather issues, or government restrictions, trips may be rescheduled. Refunds or alternative arrangements in such cases will be handled at Thrill Karo’s discretion.

4. Changes to Itinerary

We may adjust the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will always try to inform travelers in advance and offer alternatives where possible.

5. Liability

Thrill Karo is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the trip.
Participation in adventure travel involves risk. By booking, you accept all risks involved.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for your personal safety, belongings, and fitness during the trip.
You must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies in advance.
Respect the environment, locals, and other travelers.

7. Photographs & Content Usage

We may use trip photographs/videos for promotional use (website, Instagram, etc.).
Let us know before or during the trip if you do not want your images to be used.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or services.
