In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we have established the following cancellation policy.
We encourage you to make your booking in advance to secure your preferred dates. If you do need to cancel, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied based on the date we receive your written notification.
While cancellations are rare, they can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as government regulations or unexpected events. Rest assured, we’re here to assist you through the process and ensure your experience with us remains positive. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests.

Cancellation Terms
We understand that sometimes plans change, and if you need to cancel your booking with Thrill Karo, we aim to make the process as easy as possible.
Cancellation made 30 to 10 days before the trip:
You will receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid.Cancellation made within 10 days of the trip:
No refund will be issued, as most trip arrangements have already been finalized.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed and sent to you within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.

Special Conditions
- Government Regulations or Unforeseen Events:
If your trip is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as government restrictions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events), we will assist you with rebooking or providing a refund. - Refund Processing:
All refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
